What’s included?
The Mini Medics First Aid Training for Kids program has been designed to empower Kindy-aged children with the skills to act and call for help in a medical emergency, while staying calm and being brave. The skills taught in the Mini Medics program have been thoughtfully selected as being age-appropriate and realistic for a kindy-aged child to be able to perform during an emergency situation.
Our fun, engaging and hands-on sessions will teach children how to:
Recognise an emergency situation needing First Aid
Check for Danger and recognise an unconscious person
Check for breathing and roll an adult into the recovery position
Call 0-0-0 from a locked phone
Bandaging skills to control simple bleeds

Triple Zero Hero training app
The Triple Zero Hero training app is exclusive to Mini Medics and provides a safe learning opportunity for kids to learn how to dial 0-0-0, should they ever need to in a real life emergency.

Mini Medics provide iPhones for use during daycare incursions

Triple Zero Hero has been created with universal access in mind. The app provides training to accommodate both iOS and Android user experiences.

Parents of children are encouraged to continue their Mini Medics training by downloading and using the Triple Zero Hero app at home.
